Exchange 2K3 SP2 / Outlook 2K3 SP2 - Error seeing past November 1s

We're running into a problem where we cannot schedule meetings past November
1st (it is October 29). It's not consistent but more accounts than not
appear to have the "No Information" past 8AM.

Any ideas?

More info:

Modifying someone's calendar who we cannot get information from appears to
make no difference.
Having that user create meeting on that day which includes me makes no
difference.

We cannot schedule meetings. Free/busy for most people is showing only until
November 1, 2006 - 8 AM. Is this an Outlook/Exchange/Policy thing? We
recently upgraded to SP2.. could this have caused it?

Well, by default, free/busy is only published 2 months out (this month and
next) but can be changed to other periods, which would explain some users
not seeing it past the end of next month, but you can still create meetings,
just not see their availability.

It's possible, although unlikely, that an update reset the publishing, but
it can also be set by group policy.
