No due dates in taskpad view
Hello all. I'm helping a law firm and have just upgraded them to Office 2003
SP2. They also use Exch 2003 SP1. They share calendars quite a bit and one of the paralegals is having a strange problem with the taskpad view of a shared calendar. The lawyer's calendar/tasks dates show up fine on his machine. If the paralegal open the lawyer's tasks directly all due dates are visible and correct. However, if she opens the shared calendar and the turns on the taskpad view all the "due dates" for the tasks come back as "no due date". However, the do in fact have due dates as seen directly in the user's Outlook or when opening the tasks folder directly. Any ideas why the due dates don't display in this case? Thanks. |

I suggest that you double check that the right field is showing in the
TaskPad. "Gregg" wrote in message ... Hello all. I'm helping a law firm and have just upgraded them to Office 2003 SP2. They also use Exch 2003 SP1. Thanks Judy. I feel a little silly not knowing there is a "Due By" field as
well as a "Due Date" field. Appreciate it. "Judy Gleeson (MVP Outlook)" wrote: I suggest that you double check that the right field is showing in the TaskPad. "Gregg" wrote in message ... Hello all. I am glad to have guessed right!! It helps me improve my training skills to
have to second guess postings here. "Gregg" wrote in message ... Thanks Judy. I feel a little silly not knowing there is a "Due By" field as well as a "Due Date" field. Appreciate it.
