Shift Patterns

Does any one know if there is a way I can set up 3 different shift patten in
outlook.
For instance if I look up one of my contact I want to be able to see what
shift he should be doing on that day.

And the look up another contact and see what shift he should be working on
that day

Thanks in advance.

Outlook doesn't track that information on the server, as far as I know, but
if everyone created an event representing their shifts, the free/busy
information might show it.
