Is there a way to use Outlook to schedule training?
I've got to send out an email to over one hundred people and ask them to sign
up for over ten classes that will be offered over the course of a week. I there a way I can set up a calendar with the meetings and have people pick which class they want? |

Hard way, set up the 10 potential meeting times and save to your file
system. Insert them into a new mail message with instructions for folks to click on the one that they want to accept. Easier (but potentially more costly) solution is to acquire an HR software package that includes this functionality. Outlook does not particularly perform well as a scheduling package. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.
