I have tried the inviting attendees option in outlook 2003 and sending the
invitation by e-mail to a friend who similarly has 2003. In my outbox I see how the e-mail should look with accept, decline etc. All they get is an e-mail full of text and difficult to decipher. |

Ensure you set the invite to use Rich Text Format for the recipient.

Thanks for the speedy response but I'm still having problems.
I have set mail format options to rich text and internet format to send using outlook rich text format, but the same thing happens, ie, the recipeint just gets a page of plain text but I have correct message in my sent box.
