How do I syncronise my Outlook Calender with my Google Calendar?

I'm trying to syncronise my online Google calender with my Outlook calendar.
I've so far found out how to export my Google calendars and import them into
my outlook. But when I need to update my appointments and export/import the
calendars again, I get dubletts of all the already existing appointment.
Is there a way to syncronise or to ask Outlook to delete all dubletts?
