My users are too experiencing this issue.
Description: A task is recieved in my inbox. I can view the task in my preview. When I click the accept or decline buttons nothing happens, no errors, no actions. I am also not able to double click the task to open it. I can only view it in the preview pane. I have tried the following: (1) Ran Microsoft Update (2) Attemted to locate and remove KB892843 - was not able to locate it. (a) Ensured that show all check box was checked in the add/remove programs window. (b) Looked under MS Office and Outlook. (3) Scanned Microsoft Knowlege base and Google and found KB899340. (a) Contacted Microsoft to get the hotfix KB899340 and installed it. - still didn't help. I am not willing to gamble $35 to report a bug that others have already reported. Does Microsoft plan on addressing this issue. When I pay over $400 per user for software I generally expect it to work and if issues do come up they are addressed in a timely manner not 8 months. I agree with Salamander... I tried installing a hotfix and removing some
programs, but it hasn't worked. When I try to open the task or accept it, nothing happens. "Salamander IT" wrote: My users are too experiencing this issue. Were you able to resolve this problem? We are experiencing the same
issues. Uninstalling KB892843 did not work for us... heather wrote: I agree with Salamander... I tried installing a hotfix and removing some programs, but it hasn't worked.
