How can I import *.ics file into outlook 2000?

I have tried to "send to Outlook" a flight itinerary from aa.com. I keep
getting an error message that it cannot be imported. I have downloaded SP3
for Office but I read that there is an additional hotfix that will enable me
to import calendar events that were more than likely created with a later
version of Outlook than 2000.
I would like to find the hotfix download but have been unsuccessful on
microsoft.com

You need to follow the instructions in the article about the hotfix and simply call Microsoft and tell them you need it.
