Hi,
I´m using Outlook2003. When I open an received invitation I would like to end in a different view. I really miss information on my existing calendar and don´t know why the factory view is like this. My current actions: open invitation (and read) klick on calendar (most probably I will end in the "day" view; which doesn´t tell me anything about the week and if I really like to accept or not) klick on week-view (unfortunately the invitation text is now hidden; what is the reason of not showing it in the preview window?) klick calendar close accept/reject the meeting My "wish": open invitation: see the invitation itself; the date highlighted in the left "main/monthly" calender and the actual workweek; which is very much similar to clicking on the calendar tab including auto preview then I only need to accept/reject without any further clicks... I think that is what every outlook user wants to do, not more Thanks for any help, Barny |
