Missing Appointments
My office uses Outlook 2000 in a networked environment. We all have our own
profiles and one additional one that is generic. We use this generic ID as a general registration line and use the calendar to track all the workshops are office organizes. There are a total of 10 delegates on that account, all who have full editor rights. Recently, we went into the calendar and found around 25 entries missing. At first we thought it may have been our entry error. Maybe it was, but... We called our Information Systems department - they advised they had heard of a problem that happens when there are a lot of delegates on a calendar. Supposedly, this makes some appointments just randomly "disappear" from the calendar. Has anyone out there heard of this before? And if so - is there a way to fix the problem, or a way to set up the delegates that will stop it from happening? This is quite a serious issue for us as we schedule around 50 workshops a month in this calendar. Help!! Jana |
