public folder as calendar not available when making a calendar req
Hello
if have some public folders with calender information. The public folders are visible to some people in the organization, that is the can see items and create items etc inthe public folder. But when those people will make a meeting request the availability info from the public folders (is there is a free moment or so in the public folder calendar) does'nt show. Also the public folders cannot be choosen in the listbox where you should expect them, the public folders item is greyed out (that is not available) I don't expect security rights to be the problem (the public folders are elsewhere in outlook available, changeable) etc but don't know where to look know/ Thanks for help Diederik |

Public folders can show their availability only in a Group Schedule item. THey do not publish free/busy details like mailboxes do.
