I frequently have to select 2 or 3 potential meeting dates in scheduling
meetings with other people. However, it's not uncommon, once the final date is selected, to forget to delete or simply "miss" deleting one of the alternate dates. It would be helpful if the 3 or 4 alternate dates were somehow linked so that, once the final date was decided upon, the alternate dates were automatically deleted from the calendar. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
