This is very funky and I have not been able to resolve it. A user of mine
with WinXP Pro (SP2) fully patched and OL 2003 (fully patched) launches OL without trouble and is able to get to her email, calendar, notes, etc. The issue is that when setting an appointment and clicking the Scheduling tab an installer for "EZ CD Creator" is launched automatically. I ran the repair function of Office Pro 2003 and it did not help, I reviewed the File Types of the workstations and did not see anything misconfigured as far as I can tell, I also ran the Reset, Delete and Compact functions in the Calendar Properties to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions? Regards and thanks. |
