I created a group schedule, tried to post it in my public folders but was
unsuccessful. I need to be able to print it out to look at schedules for the next few weeks but I don't have a print option. What have I done wrong? What should I do? I am using Outlook 2003. Thanks. |

You did nothing wrong. Group schedules are simply not designed to be printed, only viewed.

Can you please tell me how I would be able to create a schedule that shows a
particular groups schedules that I would then be able to print out? Is it something that needs to be set up on my server? Thanks again. "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: You did nothing wrong. Outlook and Exchange have no feature to do that. See http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/scheduleall.htm for tools that can add it.
