Hi Guys,
I have just started using the calendar of Outlook (2003) but each day, it removes past appointments. This is no use to me as I need to see when I last saw my clients. I have tried clearing the filter (which was not set). I have been through the help menu. Can anybody help me? |

Are you auto-archiving? Right click the calendar folder and select properties. Check the archive tab.

Hi Millie,
Thanks for your prompt reply. I'll do what you suggest and see what happens. Mark "Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: Are you auto-archiving? Right click the calendar folder and select properties. Hi Brian,
Thanks for replying. I've checked that side of things but read Millie's post - I think she has given me the answer. I'll know tomorrow! Not a problem - common problem using Word's spellcheck! (I need to talk to Bill about that one!)
