Default Outlook difficulties: Unable to switch to calendar view (does not refresh right hand side view)

Hi,

I accidentally messed around with some settings in Microsoft Outlook
2003 (settings which I cannot locate anymore) and now, whenever I press
the calendar button, the right hand side view remains focused on my
inbox rather than switching to the calendar view. The same thing
happens when I press the contacts button.

Original mail view

Then I press the calendar button

Similarly for the contacts button

Thanks,
Sid

Start Outlook with the /resetnavpane switch. If that doesn't work use the
/cleanviews switch.

Start- Run; outlook.exe /resetnavpane
