Want to save all of my daily activities in another type of file

I keep detailed records of my daily activities on Microsoft Outlook going
back several years and I would like to be able to save them to a file on my
computer so that I can access them by date without using Microsoft Outlook.
Perhaps by using word or excel. Is there a way?

FileImport and ExportExport to a file. CHoose a format suitable to your
needs.
