How can I keep Shared calendar automatic formatting permanent?
I am trying to share a calendar with other engineers. Each entry on the
calendar will be a job with an engineer associated with it. I would like the entries to be formatted with a different color for each engineer automatically so that they may open the calendar and see all of their jobs for the upcoming week or month easily. I set this up with automatic formatting conditions and rules and it works well, but it is only temporary and the conditions and rules disappear after a few hours. Any ideas? |
