Please provide more information, such as your Outlook version and what Actions menu you're looking at.

Hi Sue

I'm using Outlook 2003 and with the calander open, I'm referencing the
actions tab at the top of the page. What I need to do is simply forward (1)
of "My Calanders".
I have (5) calanders created.

John

YOu must select the single appointment that you want to forward first. Outlook 2003 can only forward single appointments as iCalendar. To send an entire calendar, you'll need Outlook 2007.

I have only (1) calander open. How do I forward it when "forward" in the
actions tab is "grayed out"?
