Calendar sharing

Hi to all of you

Where would be the best place to start looking and learning about
Outlook's calendar and it's sharing possibilities

news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsof...ok.calendaring is one
place. There are many Outlook books available from booksellers as well that
do give better tutorials than the one you've apparently seen. In addition
to Outlook, however, if you want to share calendaring data between Outlook
instances, you need a server or other software that will allow it. Sharing
is not an Outlook function, but a function of the backend software with
which you use it. You can manually pass your calendar around to each other
with Outlook alone, but thay's not sharing, in my opinion.

I've set the followup to this message to the calendaring newsgroup.

Calendar sharing

Thanks for the info

It's not something high on my priority lists (I need to implement a solution
in Feb next year)

So I will carry on looking and see what I can find

And of ccourse if someone comes up with a better solution, I will be
grateful

Speak to you later
