How to get all of one days appointments show up on Calendar print
I use outlook to keep track of employee schedules. In Outlook 2003 if I
printed a calendar for one month, it would print out all of the items scheduled on a given day. For example, If i had 5 appts on a Tuesday, each appt. would print out on the calendar. In Office 2007, it will only print 2 appointments. The other appointments do not show up. I have changed the font size, etc, but still only get two appointments to show up a day. What is the setting to force the print out to list all appointments (force them to fit in one day) in Outlook 2007. Thanks. |

Figured it out. Change the fonts on the Page Setup on the print menu.
