Private Calendars
We are in the process of migrating from GroupWise 6.5 to Outlook 2003, so I
have many questions on using the calendar feature. One of them is setting up a private calendar for those appts you don't want your delegate to see. (I saw this in a MS training video.) This sounded like a great feature, but in looking at it further, I saw a problem since the delegate would not have access to any appts on the private calendar in busy search or would they? Can you add another calendar such as a private calendar to your busy search? If you can't add an additional calendar, would someone would be so kind as to elaborate on why you want to create another calendar that your delegate can't see. -- Regards, Snookie |
Private Calendars
I can't imagine why you'd want to do that. A better approach would be simply to mark those appointments in your default Calendar folder as Private if you don't want the delegate to see them.
