Favorite Folders
Why after I follow the steps in Adding a folder to favorite folders, does it
not stay in Favorite Folders when I restart Outlook? They are all top level folders, not subfolders. Also, why does the Journal Button disappear and have to be reselected each time I restart Outlook? |

if outlook does not close cleanly, the favorites list is not saved. Next
time you close outlook look in the task manager to see if outlook.exe is still running. After a clean close items still did not stay. Web search revealed a problem
with add-ons interfering with favorites folder. Specifically the BCM. Your thoughts? How do you decipher which program keeps Outlook open? Thank you. This does help.
