Outlook 2007 is not syncing notes within an Appointment correctly

Outllok 2007 is not syncing the notes field within an appointment correctly
with a Windows Mobile 5 device. The notes will sync over using ActiveSync
4.2 or higher, but the formatting (Font, Font size and coloring). The notes
within the Notes Field of the Appointment on the Windows Mobile 5 device will
show in the font Tahoma and nothing else.

Any ideas????

After furious head scratching, Koby asked:
