Is there anyway to email numerous appointments in one email without
forwarding each appointment to an email and then cutting and pasting into one? This would help me greatly if anyone has a convenient solution. I am using Outlook 2003. |

You can create all of the appointments and save them to your desktop. Create a new mail message in RTF format and insert them as attachments into the message. Give instructions to the recipients to double click on them to add to the calendar.
