Default Time zone

I organize a meeting in the EST for CST and they get the wrong time. My time
is set to EST. How can we become insync. Also,Outlook is set to EST. Help me
I can not find the answer..

Default Time zone

Well. For example I set a meeting for 9am begin time place of meeting is
Houston CST. I on the other hand, I am located in Tampa which is the EST.
When I invite clients it shows 8am of time of meeting on clients computer. I
want it to show 9am CST. Why cant you choose the time zone or meeting?
