How do I automatically launch web page in outlook 2003?

Hi,

You used to be able able to launch a web page in outlook 2000 calender
automatically. I can't seem to find the same facility in 2003. I basically
want to launch a web page at the same time each day (to ensure people fill in
their timesheets!!).

Can you still do this in 2003?
