Does anyone know how to print the tracking responses from an appo.
I am trying to print the tracking responses from the Tracking tab for an
appointment. I don't find an option on how to print the tracking responses. If you select print, it will attempt to print the appointment summary, but I just want the tracking responses. The summary does not include the tracking responses. My workaround is to cut and past to word and excel, but I thought I would post this question to see if anyone else has any suggestions. |

This is a suggestion for an alternative. The My Outlook Calendar offers
the option of printing meeting Attendees: Calendar Tools http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#print I also have a macro(s) that can be used to print the attendee status. When you invoke this/these macro(s) it will build in Word the attendee status on the meeting notice that is open. However, this is a bit more complicated than the above alternative.
