Default free/busy

we have a user with a free busy problem. the other posts i found were close,
but not quite the same. basically running /cleanfreebusy doesn't return
"cannot clean free busy on the server" instead it says it can't clean the
local. her free busy shows up when scheduling a meeting request though. any
suggestions?

so what is her problem - you've only said what it isn't.

What version?

Knowledge is of two kinds. We know a subject ourselves, or we know where we
can find information on it.

everytime she saves a new meeting a pop up will appear and save Unable to
save free/busy. when you try to clean free busy it says it cannot clean the
local copy. the appointsment will save and you can see her free busy
information. this has followed her on two computers and multiple xp profile
rebuilds.
