In Outlook 2003 if I chose Monthly view in my calendar, it would show up to 6
to 7 appointments per day. Now in Outlook 2007monthly view it only shows 2 to 3 appointments. Is there anyway to customize the view to show more appointments? I know I can go into print preview and it will show more appointments then, but that really isn't a viable solution for me. If it helps, my laptop display resolution is 1024x768. |

Did you ever get a response or find a solution to your Outlook 2007 monthly
calendar view of only showing 2-3 appointments? "KWF" wrote: In Outlook 2003 if I chose Monthly view in my calendar, it would show up to 6 to 7 appointments per day. Nope...I never heard any possible solutions from anyone. I was hoping a
Microsoft MVP would know something right away....I guess not. I have the same problem--it's because there are too many weeks on the screen i.e. six weeks rather than four or five. this means that the individual days aren't tall enough to show more than 2 appointments. I've tried everything to get fewer weeks onto the screen but nothing works. My friend only has 5 weeks on the screen and you can see more appointments. |

Click on the Date Navigator on the first day you want to see and drag the mouse to cover as many weeks as you want the calendar display pane to show. -- Brian Tillman |
