How do I find who posted a shared calendar entry in Outlook?

We have a shared mailbox/calendar which is accessed by several people in
different offices around the country. Someone put an entry in the calendar,
but we don't know who it was. There are too many users to ask individually,
and they may have forgotten or may lie about it anyway. Is there a way of
checking who posted that entry?

Thanks

this may be dumb, or even a flaw in our system, but go to your contacts and
open up the employees contact card. then click activities. i can see all
kinds of things about the people in my company. i checked..it shows calendar
items too. maybe you can narrow it down this way.

Hi Kaishain,

you could change the "view" of the calendar to the view: "categories". Then
you can insert the column "From" and now you see, who created this item.

A general and better way, is to type in the initials in the "subject" field.
