Why does all my appointments and calender information get deleted which are
older than 90 days?

I want all information kept for at least 5 years.

I have setting set to archive everything before 10/20/2001. But, currently
there are no notes before November 2006.

Jim - something's wrong here as the Autoarchive settings do not have a way
of specifying a only an age. Check your Auto Archive settings on the Tab I
described. It may be set to Autoarchive anything older than 6 months every
14 days.
