with Exchange Server or without?

With Exchange Server it is possible to share e.g your calendar with others:

Reminder funtion with Exchange and without Exchange:
A reminder function wouldn´t work for the other users who can share your
calendar. A reminder only work for you in your Mailbox and for your
calendars not for "Public Folders". You will need additional software.
