Hi,

I work in a company with 6 people and we would like to share an outlook
calendar to check meetings of everyone.
How can I do that?

Thanks in advance.

IF you have exchange server you can create a public calendar folder.
Everyone can create the appointment items in that calendar and it will
be visible for everyone.

It's also possible to automate the mirroring of personal calendar
activity in exchange public folder calendars. The "Exchange
GroupCalendar" product does that.

Without exchange server you can do it with a tool called "Outlook
GroupCalendar"

Plenty solutions:

http://sharecalendar.4team.biz/?pcode=607180190pwkkd3

or
http://schedules.4team.biz/?pcode=607180190pwkkd3

The first one is more easy to setup and use, but the second has more
useful features
