what if i would like NOT TO STORE on the exch server the Private appointments

Ceate a second calendar in your personal folders for private appointments.

that basically means "it's not possible", right? ok. in this case, how can i automate that when i enter an item in my "work" calendar it gets duplicated automatically in the "private" calendar?
