Default Take my personal Outlook calendar with me

I just want to use my personal Outlook calendar throughout the day. I have
two choices: go through many steps to back it up on a flash drive each day
and then put in on my work computer; or get a PDA. Which is better? Help, I
am new to using Outlook calendar ?

The former is cheaper, but, in my opinion, the latter is better.
