I've finally gotten around to trying some of outlooks "advanced" features.
I'm trying to use the automatic formatting feature with my calender. I went through and set up the conditions for which to use certain colors. I get automatic label colors for some rules but not others. If I type an appt that has Office in the subject line, it uses the color for "Office". If I type an appt that has "Mat" or "DC" in the subject line, it uses the color for "Business". I have set up colors and rules for "Calls", "Health" and "Education", but when I type the keywords into the subject line (Dr, Call, CP), there is no color that gets automatically formatted - they show up as white (no formatting). I went through and verified that the other settings were the same in the other tabs of the automatic formatting box. I hope that you can tell me that it is something simple - thanks in advance! RC |
