Can you import calendar appointments from the back up .pst file from Outlook
2003 into the default calendar in 2007 so that there is only one calendar in 2007 instead of the default plus the imported calendar? Thx. |

Never import from a PST. Open the other PST with FileOpenOutlook Data File. Then open the calendar it contains, display that calendar in a table view like By Category, select all the items in it with CTRL-A, then click EditCopy to Folder. Specify your default Calendar as the destination. When the copy completes, right-click the root of the added PST and choose Close. -- Brian Tillman |
