Using one cateogory only to print a list

Is it possible to print a list based on a single category from Outlook?

I have appointments every day at 5:30 Monday thru Friday. Some are placed
just once in the calendar for a single time, others are recurring (such as
every other Thursday, or third Wednesday of every month).

I have these placed in a separate category so I can see them when I go under
View by categories.

I would like to be able to print a listing a month or two at a time, showing
when we have available time on the schedule.

I've studied this thing, but can't figure it out. Any help would be
appreciated.

create a view showing just that category - if you want just a list, not a
day planner type printout, you can copy the appointments in a table view and
paste into notepad or word to print (use paste special, as text to use in
word)
