If i am not mistaken you go back to the date you set the recurring appt., and
just delete it all together . look at top of the "day" window ...go up to
"file", "delete" and it should prompt you asking if you want to delete just
this event or the entire series.
let me know if that helped..(then i will know if i was right or not LOL :-)
good luck

I get the same problem of it just deleting one at a time. This could make my
days very long if the entire series cannot be deleted. One appointment at a
time is deleted from the calendar. Any other ideas?

I usually select the appointment and press Delete. I then select the button
that says to delete the series and click OK.

In Control Panel's Add or Remove Programs, locate the application named
"Outlookaddinsetup" and uninstall it.

Then it can't be a recurring appointment because if it were, you'd be asked
if you want to delete just the occurrence or the entire series.
