This same users messages that she flag and does not pop-up as it suppose to.it only stays in the Follow-up folder. We need the reminders to pop-up. does anyone know if the message is related to the second issue? There are multiple reasons why reminders may fail. However, she should try starting Outlook once with the /cleanreminders command line switch. I.E., with Outlook closed, she should click StartRun and enter outlook.exe /cleanreminders in the Open field, then click OK. Note the space in front of the slash. -- Brian Tillman |

We have uninstalled outlook and installed it again and that doesn't work. I
have been advised by a exchange MVP not to delete the AD user and create it again as this can cause other issues "Brian Tillman" wrote in message ... That simply reuses the existing mail profile (in the registry) and so I'd expect it to exhibit the same behavior if, in fact, the problem is in the profile. In Control Panel, use MailShow ProfilesAdd to create a new mail profile. -- Brian Tillman |
