How can I prevent completed tasks from printing on calendar in tr.
When I print calendar days in tri-fold print style, COMPLETED tasks also
print, cluttering up the output. What can I do to prevent this? |

set the view of the TaskPad.
In the calendar folder, show the taskpad, then View | Task Pad view and change the setting. You may need to experiment a bit to pick exactly what you want. Followup. This applies to Office 2003. First fix is to upgrade to at least
Service Pack 1. There is a known bug and SP1 fixes it. Second issue is to hit View, Taskpad and then select View, Arrange View, Current View, Active tasks. That should do it. Thanks. |
