how to fix: unable to save free/busy information message

I am not receiving reminders even though they are set. each time I add a new
appointment, I get the message: Unable to save free/busy information, unable
to open the free/busy information. Need the reminders - HELP!!!

1) Close the MS outlook

2)Click Start, and then click Run.

3) In the Open box, type "outlook /cleanfreebusy", and then click OK.

how to fix: unable to save free/busy information message

I had the same problem, but when i tried your fix, it said could not clean
free/busy space on server. what should i do now?
