How to retrieve archived calendar info
I've read over many postings and some refer to my problem. I had autoarchive
turned on and all data 6 months old is archived to a .pst file. This has also 'emptied' my calendar in my PDA causing much anguish. How do I 'open' that file to move data back to the calendar? I do not understand the posting referring to a table view. This computer is on a network at my work desk, which is where I perform active synch etc. Any help is appreciated. Marshall |
How to retrieve archived calendar info
Open your archive .pst file
Click on the calendar Switch the view to a By Category view. Select all Right click and drag/drop to the current active calendar FOLDER Release mouse and select Copy or Move (copy is usually best) Ensure your settings on your PDA/activesync are set to sync all past appointments. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. You open the .pst file IN OUTLOOK. Open Outlook, File-Open-Personal Folders File (or Outlook Data File).
