Global Calendar sharing

Hi,

we have a global calendar that we would like syncronised and merged with a
person's local calendar using Outlook 2003 (Exchange 2003)

I have tried a third-party application (Martin Inf Services), however, this
proved a bit unstable.

Any suggestions??
