Shared Calendars Disappeared from Other Calendars

We have the same issue, did you find any progress or information on this issue?

We run a Exchange 2003 server and Outlook 2003 on the desktop. 2 people so
far in our company have had a shared calendar disappear from their Other
Calendars list. When you try to add them back by clicking on "open a shared
calendar" the calendar will show up in the side by side view with no name and
it does not show up on the list in other calendars. They can get the
calendar to show up under "my calendars" but they don't like that option
because it does not display the users name in the side by side view. Any
help would be great. It seems there is a bug within outlook 2003.

Build number from Help | About? Are these calendars visible in the folder list or accessible only through Open a Shared Calendar?

they are accessible through the folder list because they are opening the
mailboxes through delegate permissions. The calendars will show up under My
Calendars but they don't like this option because no header info is displayed
in the reading pane. If you close it from there and open it through the
'Other Calendar' option, it adds it to the right-hand side but it doesn't
list it in the 'Other Calendar' list. Also the header is blank in the reading
pane window.

Unfortunately, that's the way it works if you have opened another user's mailbox. Microsoft is aware of the problems.
