I have a small law office and need to keep a common calendar for my client
appointments. I have Microsoft Office 2003 and Windows XP Pro on all 5 computers. However I am using Scheduler 97 on all computers for my calendaring and it works just fine. However, I want to use Outlook and cannot share my calendar using Outlook. I need for all of my staff to be able to simultaneous access to the same calendar and make and edit appointments for me from any workstation. I see third party programs are available to accomplish this without purchasing Exchange Server. Can I purchase some version of Office 2007 and Vitsa so I can use Outlook to do this? Or is the only way to do this is to purchase Exchange Server or a third party program? I do not need e-mail access for my staff, just calendaring. |
