I am using Outlook 2003
I am doing some work for a company who use Lotus Notes. When they send me meeting informaiton, instead of it appearing as an iCal or vCal attachment, I just see lots of (what I presume to be) encoded text in the message body section of the email. Is there any way to configure outlook to handle these emails properly? |

Is the sender using RTF for the item when sending? Once it reaches Outlook, it is too late to do anything about the message. This should be something that the sender controls.

Given your response below, it is odd that I was able to handle such emails
easily when I had Outlook XP installed. Please see other message for full contents of email. "Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: Is the sender using RTF for the item when sending?
