Inviting Outlook users to a meeting w/ multiple dates
I want to send a message to a few Outlook users giving them the option to
pick from two possible dates for training. Is there something in Outlook that would allow them to select the date they are available and then send the message back to me? It should not schedule anything on their calendar. I don't want to send a meeting request to these users for the two dates b/c then they would have to accept one date and decline the other. |

Hi StephD,
If you use the "plan a meeting" feature in Outlook, you can see the other user's calendars and whether they have anything scheduled at any certain time, thus picking the best time for your meeting. You will find this option under "actions" on the menu at the top.
