Appointments should have "shadow" before and after meeting to sug.
 
Outlook should have an appointment "shadow" before and after a meeting to
suggest unavailable time just prior or after a meeting. This could show up
on your calendar and meeting availability swim lanes. This feature should be
configurable to show before a meeting, after a meeting, or both The length
of the shadow should also be configurable in 5 minute intervals and can be
different for before or after the appointment.

Do it yourself to set travel time, setup time. etc.
